Cut Calories with No Effort at All

I'm always looking for ways to burn calories and lose weight without trying, and luckily I have found a few different things that are clinically proven to help boost your metabolism. The best part is that you don’t have to do much, because your body is going to do all of the work for you.

 

The colder the better, and by putting a lot of ice in your drinks, or by chilling all of your beverages you are going to help your body burn calories. Your body has to work to get that liquid up to body temperature, and the entire time it’s working your reaping the benefits. Add ice to all of your drinks, eat popsicles, and turn the temperature down on your refrigerator.  The colder everything you eat, the better off you’re going to be.

Add a few spices like cayenne pepper, chili powder, or black pepper to all of your dishes. These don’t add any fat or calories to your meals, and your metabolism is going to kick into over drive from the stimulation. Just a few dashes on your meals can help your body burn calories, and help you lose weight.

 

Keeping it green isn’t just good around the home, but in your refrigerator also. Green leafy vegetables take work to digest, often burning more calories than the food item contains. Eating broccoli, celery, pickles and peppers is guilt free.  These vegetables also have a lot of b12 vitamins, allowing you to have more energy to exercise and stay motivated throughout the day.

 

You can’t totally change the way you look by doing nothing, but these three little tricks can help you reduce your calorie count for the week, and help boost your metabolism.
