One of my personal favorites is Boot Camp training Workouts. These are also available in at home videos or at your local gym. The one thing that I really like about this kind of training is that it has dual benefits. It gives you a great cardio workout while also providing muscle conditioning.

Regardless of which route you go, you’ll see results. These are all high impact, ensuring that you aren’t wasting your time. Most of all they’re fun, as you know if it isn’t fun you’re probably not going to stick with it.
