The biggest bump is getting past the first few days, after that the only time I felt like I was missing out was when I went out to eat or saw something I really wanted. I feel great when I eat low carb and always lose, but I just can't seem to stick to it.

I'm currently looking into the Atkins diet or a low carb diet for myself. I love pasta and bread so I know it will be difficult. I think after the first few days I will definately catch on. My husband and I are going to sit down and plan our meals out week by week. I figured that should help out too.
