I agree that anyone wanting to lose weight should work out more and decrease calories. But decreasing calories has the same effect. If you ever go back to increasing your calories then you will most likely gain some weight back. The diet doesn't make you cut out all pasta and bread, just cut back. Eat healthier, thats how you lose weight.
