I try to eat around 1500 calories a day. I have about 30 lbs to lose. I try to work out at the gym at least 2 or 3 days a week. I'd like to do more but its difficult with work schedules and taking care of my daughter. I switch up my gym routine alot so my body doesn't get used to just one thing and I run alot.
